Simple Hypnosis For Weight Loss And Eating Disorders – Fast And Permanent Results

I became interested in hypnosis because I had a compulsive desire for sweet and unhealthy food. I have struggled with this problem for years. I tried several methods: different types of diets, changing eating habits, different eating routines, vigorous exercise regimens. None of these willpower-based approaches have worked for me permanently. I started researching about hypnosis. I saw a lot of positive feedback, so I decided to give it a try

I got rid of my problem permanently with hypnosis. It was easier than I imagined. I did not experience any sense of deprivation. Gradually, the routine of eating healthy, clean food became natural and even enjoyable! As a positive side effect, I lost a few extra pounds, without any struggle, reaching the weight I was looking for.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS AND HOW IT WORKS

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, and we experience the hypnotic state hundreds of times in our daily lives. Whenever we do something automatically, like driving down a familiar road, taking a shower, right before we fall asleep at night! During a hypnosis session with a hypnotherapist, there is a pleasant deep relaxation, light sleepiness, complete control, even extreme relaxation. The conscious mind quiets down and drifts away, allowing the subconscious mind to become active and open to positive suggestions. Today, science is thoroughly investigating hypnosis. It has been proven that during hypnosis there is a powerful healing and integration in the brain, which is clearly seen through MRI, EEG (electroencephalogram) and MEG (magnetoencephalogram). Hypnotherapy is often used in the fields of Western conventional medicine and psychology, and professional hypnotherapists can work with nutritionists, doctors, psychiatrists, for more rewarding and better results.

HOW SUBCONSCIOUS WRONG BELIEFS CAN DETERMINE THE TREND OF YOUR LIFE

We have conscious intelligence and subconscious intelligence. The conscious mind is responsible for thinking, rationalizing, analyzing, logic. The subconscious, on the other hand, is not logic at all, it is the source of your imagination, feelings and emotions. The subconscious mind records all our previous life experiences, all our memories, everything we have ever heard or seen, as well as how we felt and how we perceived each experience. It is the part of the mind that controls every autonomic function in the body, such as heartbeat, breathing, digestion, blood circulation, liver function, etc. The subconscious is always active in the background and governs most of our daily lives. Our subconscious intelligence, controls all our behaviors, attitudes and actions, does not analyze, does not distinguish good or bad. Most of what we do is a product of the subconscious mind. All ideas, information, thoughts, which we have automatically stored in the subconscious since childhood, form a belief system.

This set of beliefs, in turn, ceases to drive your thoughts, feelings, and actions, creating your current behavior patterns, and persists, creating your present reality. When you were a child, your parents, your teachers, your religious teachers were all sources of information. You believed them. You believed everything they said, even if it was false. At that early age, you couldn’t filter all the information you received. In fact, from the time you were born until you were 7, your brain was in a constant state of light hypnosis, since the rational brain had not yet developed. If your mother told you, “spinach is good for you,” you would believe her. And so, if your parents told you that you weren’t important, that you weren’t smart enough, that you weren’t talented, you believed them too. Then eventually, after hearing these false ideas over and over again, they were reinforced and ingrained in the subconscious, creating false, negative programming.

This conditioning constantly affects people’s lives, their decisions and actions, without them being aware of it. So, even if you consciously know what you need to do to make positive changes, some unconscious limiting, negative programming is hindering the results of your goals, sabotaging your success and well-being. For example, on a conscious level you have a strong desire to achieve a positive goal or make a positive change. You start taking real action to achieve it. Your unconscious limiting beliefs, on the other hand, may be sending a hidden signal, which is the opposite of that desire.

Your conscious intentions and your subconscious messages, in this case, do not coincide, but are in conflict. They simply do not have the same goal! You can compare your subconscious to the hard drive in your computer, and your limiting beliefs to the software installed on it. To play music, open and run the Media Player installed on your hard drive. The current version of the player often freezes, causing problems. So you’ve decided to play your music through the latest version of Media Player, which you haven’t installed yet. You try, but you fail again and again. It’s impossible because you can never play your music using the missing software on your hard drive. So the older version of Media Player will keep playing your music files, over and over again!!! In my case, all the steps I had previously taken to cure food cravings did not work because I tried to solve this problem, using willpower, applying firm discipline and resistance.

These are the functions of the cognitive mind, which, even if it is intelligent, has only 5% of the mind’s power. The subconscious mind, on the other hand, has 95% of the power and controls our thoughts and actions 95% of the time. Furthermore, some limiting negative, subconscious beliefs were in conflict with my conscious desires. My faulty conditioning would associate healthy food with suffering and deprivation, and unhealthy food with pleasure and reward. So my subconscious would trigger the self-protection alarm repeatedly, to prevent any painful experience, sabotaging positive change, over and over again.

It is not so easy to change unconscious false, limiting conditioning, to replace many years of negative thinking, if only you have the will to do so, or by using your willpower and your conscious mind. The subconscious mind is much stronger and more stubborn than the conscious mind. So he always wins the battle in the end. Scientific facts say that the subconscious can process about 400 billion bits of information per second, while the conscious mind can only process 4,000 per second!

With hypnosis it is possible to remove the old useless software that is causing your computer (your subconscious) to stall and install new software that will allow you to run the programs you want. Hypnosis allows you to permanently change your negative conditioning and replace it with a true, healthy belief pattern that aligns with your conscious intentions, aligning conscious desires with unconscious healthy beliefs. Only by achieving this alignment can you successfully manifest your goals. Only by permanent positive and healthy changes in your subconscious, you will be able to achieve permanent, positive changes in your life!
