The average man can stretch for 30-60 seconds from talking to men about their stretching routines and my own experience.
As the penis adapts to the resistance applied by the stretch, more force is needed to continue increasing the penis. Most men are not bodybuilders and are limited in how much resistance they can continue to apply to their penis with their muscles.

Hanging weights, “Pros and cons”.

Hanging weights is an investment, but a very small one. Many men happily pay THOUSANDS of dollars for surgery that carries far more risk than hanging weights. Risks such as infection, rejection, retraction or loss of size and (surprise???) using a hanging device after surgery for best results. The operation also does not guarantee results. The doctor will make a vague statement along the lines of, “You can expect about a half inch to an inch of flaccid length gain, and I can’t guarantee length gain in the upright position, but if you follow the proper post-op protocol (eg hanging weights) you can get one to three inches over several months.” SOOOOO, why go for surgery when you can just hang weights, save a TON of $$ and basically have the same chance of winning?
