Delicious strawberry oatmeal bars
What do you need:

2 cups small fresh strawberries cut into cubes

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup light brown sugar

6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 spoon of granulated sugar

1 teaspoon of cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, ginger, and kosher salt. Stir in the melted butter and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture. Press the rest into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Spread half of the strawberries over the crust, sprinkle with cornstarch, lemon juice and 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Sprinkle the remaining berries and the reserved crumble on top. Bake in preheated oven (375F) until golden brown and fruit is bubbly, about 35-40 minutes. Place in the refrigerator to cool completely. When ready, cut into bars and enjoy!
Strawberries filled with Nutella
What do you need:

1/4 cup toasted almonds, roughly chopped
Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise. Scoop out each strawberry half with 1/4 tsp. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella in each strawberry half, then top generously with chopped almonds. Serve and consume immediately.
Light strawberry shortcake ice cream

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Beat heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Add strawberries, poundcake and condensed milk. Pour mixture into a 9×5-inch pan. Add more strawberries and cake on top. Cover and freeze in the refrigerator to set, at least 5-6 hours.
When it’s ready, take it out of the fridge and let it soften for a few minutes before serving.
