Let me start by saying that I was considered short for most of my childhood and my height seemed to peak at around 16 or 17 and my height ended up being around 5ft 7in by the time I was 20. I was really unhappy about my height and was willing to do anything to be even an inch taller if possible. I started doing all the research I could online, talking to similar people suffering from the same problem online and eventually I started to learn that post-puberty growth is totally possible and that many people are already doing it and talking about their results on the internet. I became extremely excited and started looking for what I should do to increase my height. It’s been about 2 years since I started the height gain regimen, I’m extremely happy with the results I’m seeing.

Today I am 24 years old and my current height is 5’10 (5 feet 10 inches) without shoes. To many people this may seem unbelievable that I have grown an extra 3 inches, but I am living proof that it is real. This didn’t happen overnight, it was gradual after a lot of hard work and dedication, but the rewards are worth it. I have to say I feel undeniably more confident after gaining an extra 3 inches and it has shown in all aspects of my life.

2. Do some stretching

3. Taking the right supplements

I’ll go into basic detail with each one to set you on the right track and do some additional research on your own.

1. Do some stretching

There are many exercises and stretches that people recommend to increase your height, and you should definitely do your own research online and learn about them to find out which ones work best for you. In general, I’d say stay away from exercises that involve attaching weights to your legs and extending your limbs, although people have reported success with it. I’ll walk you through a few basic sections to get you started, and hopefully you’ll get into it and get enough motivation for your own extended research.

Exercise 1:

One of the best exercises you can do to increase your height starts by lying on the floor and looking up at the ceiling. The best idea is to look at one point on the ceiling and focus on it, while your body is resting comfortably, flat on the floor. Now you want to extend your left leg to the right and your right leg to the left, without moving your legs. Remember not to press too hard and not to push past the point of feeling a slight tension in the muscles. Now you want to extend your right leg to the right and your left leg to the left. Remember again

not to move your legs and not to press too hard because then you risk straining or pulling a muscle.

Exercise 2:

Another of the most effective stretching exercises for increasing height involves lying on your stomach, then you want to place your palms on the floor near your hips. 2. Eat the right foods

To grow naturally, your body needs proteins, vitamins and minerals more than carbohydrates and fats. Proteins consist of one or more chains of amino acids. They are the basic components of all living cells and include many substances, such as enzymes, growth hormones and antibodies, which are necessary for the proper functioning of the body. They are essential in animal nutrition for growth and tissue repair, so you should be getting plenty of protein if you want to grow.

The best types of foods for complete proteins (those that contain the most suitable distribution of amino acids for growth hormones) are fish, eggs, milk and legumes. These foods contain most of the 20 amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids that your body cannot synthesize. Therefore, replace rice, bread and hamburger with fish, eggs and skimmed milk.

The most important mineral is calcium. Be aware that some common foods and drinks can act as calcium inhibitors and slow growth. These calcium inhibitors include coffee, soft drinks, refined sugar, concentrated sweeteners, excessive salt, excessive fat, alcohol, and cigarettes. Stop or reduce your consumption of these foods and drinks if you want to grow.

Therefore, a proper regular diet to grow taller naturally should mainly consist of protein-rich foods such as fish, lean meats, eggs, milk and legumes; foods rich in vitamins such as fruits, vegetables and animal liver; foods rich in minerals such as milk, dairy products and seafood

If you are looking for height increasing supplements and so called HGH supplements, I advise you to stay away from most of them. Most of these products are fake products that contain nothing but L-arginine. Some of these sites trick people into paying $100 for a $5 bottle of L-arginine simply because they call it a “growth pill” or “heightening pill”.

Before you buy any type of “heightening” or “growing” supplement, look at the ingredients. If they don’t list the ingredients in the plain site on their website, then they have something to hide and are probably selling plain L-arginine tablets under false marketing. Any height increase or HGH supplement you buy should contain all of these ingredients:



L-arginine,

L-ornithine,

L-Lysine,

L-glutamine,

L-Glycine,
